There are 4 special programs
These programs i carefully selected to get best results depending of what you’re looking for.
- For example if you’re new – you can start with Beginner’s program.
- If you’re more experienced, then you will find the Advanced program useful.
- Didin’t do any training in a while? Back after break program will suit your needs.
- A simple program with workouts that covers basically all muscle groups, best choice is – „Push-Pull-Legs“.
